Project Manager

Cabinet Creations is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. Your focus is to provide leadership for design and construction teams responsible for all phases of home remodeling projects. We’re primarily in the business of kitchen and bath cabinet installation and maintenance for contractors, builders, home remodelers, and designers. 

Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the designer about interfacing with the customer.
• Be the point person for the homeowner for updates as we progress through the project.
• Advise the customer on the project scope of work.
• Provide residential job estimates as requested by sales staff
• Oversee the planning and delivery of construction materials to the job site.
• Supervise and manage field crew and subcontractor schedules.
• Coordinate required inspections and building code compliance.
• Provide timely updates to clients and installers.
• Post labor estimates in our project management software system.Organize logistics, delegate work, and keep track of spending
• Liaise with clients and construction crews to manage schedules and manage tasks
• Report any project conflicts and revisions to Designers and communicate with Designers on a weekly basis
• Establish relationships with skilled tradesmen and coordinate and schedule trades
• Ensure the health and safety of projects
• Manage a team of Carpenters

Project Manager Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Follow through each project to completion in a timely manner.
• Be a skilled problem solver with demonstrated flexibility.
• Capable of managing multiple job sites simultaneously
• Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable to ensure the teamwork is completed on time and within budget.
• Able to effectively communicate and interact with clients and subcontractors

Previous project management experience in remodeling, new home construction, or kitchen and bath installations preferred but not required.
